Counterfeit has now grown itself to a new market itself. Luring in customers and selling them with the promises of any respective OG product is not only a very deplorable thing to do but is fraudulent. It so happens these days is that more people are buying counterfeit products without even realizing that.

A survey data released recently states that over a quarter of a particular demographic (global) are purchasing fake products like makeup, skincare products et al.

Millennials are up to no good; they are indecisive and want to be that “hip kid” from the block. Half of this demographic uses various e-commerce websites to buy all the luxury items they want.

With the globalization of various luxury item brands, these companies face a sheer amount of problems which usually revolves around counterfeit goods. Counterfeit of such luxury items are quite popular in the market, and
as per a recent report, INR 6000 crores worth of counterfeit products were sold in 2017 till date.

The world of counterfeiting has been reckless and has advanced itself at the same time. They have provided cheap knock-offs to apparels which look entirely identical. It is widely known that even the duped products can be sold online.
These sellers, in particular, are always luring the consumers with enticing price tags which give them an upper hand.

The apparels sold one, gets to the consumers, and they find to their surprise that it is not authentic and leaves it be.
