    Job Description
    This role will be responsible for establishing and developing a business plan for export, which will establish and create sustainable growth in chosen global markets for specially African market.

    Key Activities
    • Analyse and monitor the current global markets and prepare a business plan (within 3 months) to identify and develop new sales opportunities for the export of domestic and commercial products.

    • Develop and drive export sales activity by considering the sales offer and evaluating potential in international markets (mainly South Africa, Russia and Eastern Europe).

    • Ensure adherence to country specific importation legislation.

    • Implement sales and distribution plans to meet customer requirements.

    • Execute marketing efforts and reaching regular sales targets by carrying out market research activity in chosen export markets.

    • Working with Group Marketing to develop appropriate marketing materials for an international audience.

    • Providing Global Market intelligence and competitor activity reports.

An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

    Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. Inside sales reps will need to be able to speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
    Communication Skills: Inside sales reps speak to customers about a product's different features and answer any questions they might have.

    ● Carry out market research through industry contacts, publications, trade events, news to identify ideas for growth.
    ● Reach out directly or through partners to target prospective business deals.
    ● Filter out high potential deals by analyzing business strategies, opportunity requirements / pre-requisites / financials, and internal priorities.
    ● Design the best negotiating strategies by considering the risks and rewards, and keeping in mind the counterparties preferences & goals.
    ● Lead the negotiation to close the deal and draw on resources from within the company to make it happen.
    ● Manage all contractual requirements and align the end result with the company’s internal operations and capabilities.
